Transcription Fees: Transcription Vendors has the right to increase rates at any time without any obligation to announce it to its registered users; however, we will do our best to inform you if there is a rate increase.
Transcription fees will be higher for poor-quality audio; however, we will inform you prior to doing the work if we face any problem and obtain your permission prior to proceeding with transcription of such audio.

Terms & Conditions

for Same Day Service or 24 Hour Turnaround Time

Any orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. PST (Monday - Thursday) will not be started until the next day.
Any orders submitted after 4:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will not be started until Monday.
Orders with Same Day Service turnaround time must be submitted prior to 12 p.m. PST (Monday through Thursday) in order to receive it that same day. Otherwise, your order will not be started until the next day. Any orders with a Same Day Service or 24hr turnaround time submitted after 12:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will not be started until Monday. Any orders submitted over the weekend with a Same Day Service or 24hr turnaround time will not be started until Monday.
