What is the investment to register as a Premium member?

  1. $1,500 per year for your profile and use of platform.
  2. 6% of your revenue.

  1. Get more customers – you will get more customers through inquiries generated by the website, and by applying our proprietary marketing program designed to increase transcription business.
  2. Offer a better value to your clients – you can cut your infrastructure cost and still offer same security and convenience provided by established transcription companies.

What is the process for registering as a Premium member?

  1. Register as a Premium member.
  2. Have your employees take our test OR send us their certification link from Transcription Certification Institute or a similar institution.
  3. TranscriptionVendors.com will add those qualified transcriptionists under your registration, so that you can assign transcription projects to them.
  4. Create your company profile on the website.

What is the process for starting transcription work?

  1. Get clients (we will help you with that).
  2. Clients will upload their voice files on the website, by logging in the system.
  3. After upload, the client will fill-in relevant information (duration, clarity, turnaround, etc.) and special instructions (if any) for your planning.
  4. Depending on your agreement, your client may be asked to pay a percentage of the fee upfront.
  5. The system will recognize the client as Your Client and inform you about the uploaded file.
  6. System will assign unique file number for each file uploaded.
  7. You assign the file to one of your transcriptionists in your roster.
  8. Your transcriptionist will download the voice files and transcribe them.
  9. They will login and upload the transcript. The system will ask for the file number – your transcriptionist will need to write the unique file number generated by the system.
  10. System will inform your client that the completed transcript is available for download.
  11. The client will pay for the work online and download the transcript.
  12. Transcription Vendors will send your portion of the payment to you every other Friday.
